ซึ่งมีงานที่ได้ดำเนินการแล้วเสร็จ 100% คือ งานวางรากฐาน , งานผนัง, ทางขึ้นรถ, พื้น, เสา, ชั้นใต้ดิน B2-B1 , ผนังช่องลิฟท์ ชั้น L1 L8 ,งานผนังช่องลิฟท์และบันได ชั้น Top Roof
งานที่กำลังดำเนินการอยู่ใกล้แล้วเสร็จ 90% คือ งานพื้นชั้นดานฟ้า L9 (เหลือส่วนเชื่อมกับตัวสระว่ายน้ำ) ,งานผนังรับตัวสระว่ายน้ำและ Surge Tank , งานก่ออิฐและฉาบผิวผนังห้องพัก ชั้น L2,งานระบบและก่ออิฐผนังห้องพัก ชั้น L3
และงานที่กำลังดำเนินการได้ 50% คือ งานระบบและก่ออิฐผนังห้องพัก ชั้น L4, งานระบบและงานผนังห้องพักชั้น L1, งานจัดส่งและติดตั้งผนัง Precast ชั้น L2

Sub-structure work :
Completed : foundation, Basement B1,B2 (Wall ,Ramp , Floor Slab and Column), Floor level L1-L8 ( Floor slab , Column and Core wall) , Top Roof (Core wall and Stair )
On progressing: floor Level L9 (Floor slab ),Swimming pool wall and Surge tank, Floor Level L2(Masonry and Wall plaster work), Floor Level L3(Masonry and M&E work) : finished 90%
On Progressing: Floor Level L4 (Masonry and M&E work), Floor Level L1(Masonry and M&E work), Floor Level L2(Precast wall Installation work) : finished 50%
